These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter "User", "Player", "you") and exbat (hereinafter "exbat", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting website accessible at https://exbat.app (hereinafter "the Website", "the Platform", "the Service").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the exbat platform — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by exbat, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), live casino games, slot games, crash games, virtual sports, and any promotional or loyalty programme operated by exbat. All of these products are governed by this single Agreement unless a specific product's supplemental rules expressly state otherwise.

exbat reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will always display the effective date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. We may also notify registered users of material changes via email to the address associated with their account.

Access to and use of the exbat Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet ALL of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their continued use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. exbat is an adults-only platform. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, betting, or accessing any gambling-related content on this website.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes, and are not doing so on behalf of another person or organisation.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off restriction, or any other gambling limitation imposed by exbat or any other gambling operator.
• You are acting in your own personal capacity and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You have not previously had an exbat account closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and to be bound by its terms under the laws applicable to you.

exbat reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by the exbat compliance team will result in suspension of the account and restriction of all withdrawals until verification is complete.

Each individual user is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the exbat Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited without notice.

When registering for an exbat account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes, but is not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination.

You agree that any activity carried out through your account — including deposits, bets placed, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised those specific actions. exbat cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the account holder failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login credentials.

All accounts are subject to ongoing KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. exbat may request the following documents at any stage, including before processing any withdrawal:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet registered in your name)
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed certain thresholds

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within seven (7) calendar days of the request will result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to the account until verification is complete.

All financial transactions on the exbat Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). exbat supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

exbat does not charge any processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside exbat's control. You are responsible for understanding your payment provider's fee structure before initiating a transaction.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. This policy exists to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations and to protect our users against fraud. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. exbat reserves the right to request additional verification before releasing any withdrawal.

All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where a payment is made from an account or wallet belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be returned to the source, and the associated exbat account will be reviewed for compliance.

exbat offers a range of bonuses, promotional offers, and loyalty incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made. The following general rules apply to all bonuses offered by exbat unless a promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise:

• All bonus offers are available to players who have completed account registration and successfully passed identity verification.
• The standard welcome bonus offered to new players is up to ৳20,000 on first deposit. The exact bonus amount is determined by the deposit amount and the offer terms active at the time of registration.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (also called a rollover or playthrough requirement) that must be met before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on each promotion page.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account without compensation.
• exbat reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus at any time where we have reasonable grounds to believe the offer is being abused, exploited, or used in bad faith.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or coordinated exploitation with other users — will result in bonus cancellation, account suspension, and forfeiture of associated winnings.
• Certain games may contribute different percentages toward the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.

All bets placed on the exbat Platform are subject to the following general rules, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published in the relevant section of the Platform:

• A bet is considered accepted only once you have received a confirmation message from the Platform. In the event of a technical failure that prevents confirmation being displayed, exbat's server-side records will be the definitive source of truth.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. Current limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet or entering a game.
• exbat reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a manifest error, including but not limited to: incorrect odds, incorrect team names, incorrect match details, or a technical error in the betting engine. Voided bets will have their stake returned.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, exbat's decision — based on official match or game results from recognised governing bodies — is final and binding.
• Cricket markets are settled based on results from official sources including the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), the International Cricket Council (ICC), the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), and equivalent governing bodies for other tournaments.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time data availability. exbat is not responsible for delays in live score updates from third-party data providers. In-play bets may be suspended at any time without notice if live data becomes unavailable.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software provided by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are available on request.

exbat does not guarantee that any particular betting strategy will be profitable. Sports betting and casino gaming carry inherent financial risk, and you should only bet amounts you can afford to lose. Past performance — whether in sports outcomes or casino game results — does not indicate or guarantee future results.

By using the exbat Platform, you agree to conduct yourself responsibly, lawfully, and in a manner that does not harm other users, the integrity of the Platform, or the reputation of exbat. Specifically, the following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using the Platform while under the age of 18, or allowing any person under 18 to use your account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of account registration, verification, or communication with exbat support staff.
• Registering more than one account, or registering a new account after a previous account has been closed for breach of these Terms.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with casino games, or gain any advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players, or engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or coordinated wagering designed to manipulate outcomes.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the exbat Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing exbat support staff or other users via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the exbat Platform's software, design, or content.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions, account restrictions, or self-exclusion tools.

exbat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other financial crime.
• Suspected use of the account by a person under 18 years of age.
• At the request of the account holder — users may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support at [email protected].
• Where continued operation of the account would expose exbat to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed by exbat due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the user's voluntary request and no breach has occurred, any remaining verified balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the user via their registered payment method within ten (10) business days.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — should contact the exbat support team directly. Self-exclusion requests are treated with the highest priority and are processed within 24 hours of receipt. A self-excluded account cannot be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, exbat, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of funds arising from gambling activity on the Platform, whether from sports betting, casino games, or any other product offered.
• Any interruption, downtime, or unavailability of the Platform, including during scheduled maintenance or as a result of technical failures beyond exbat's reasonable control.
• Any loss or corruption of data arising from technical failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your credentials.
• Losses arising from reliance on information or odds displayed on the Platform that contained a manifest error, subject to exbat's obligation to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit exbat's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

exbat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date displayed at the top of the document. In cases where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a user — exbat will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email to the address on file.

Your continued use of the exbat Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure via the support team at [email protected].

exbat also publishes supplemental rules for specific products, promotions, and the VIP Club programme. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a supplemental set of rules, the supplemental rules will take precedence for the specific product or promotion to which they relate, unless the general Terms contain an express provision to the contrary.
